LEADERS: JOE & ALEXIS OGBORN
Whether this is your first time in a church, or you have been a Christian for a long time, we pray that you will be blessed by the people you meet and, most of all, discover more of Jesus. We look forward to meeting you!
Join us on Facebook at Students @ City Church Cambridge or contact us at the e-mail address above for details on what we have planned for this term.
We would love to invite you to join us at one of our two services on a Sunday morning to worship God together and study the Bible. Most students go to the later service (11.30am – 11.00am for coffee), making the most of the opportunity to get some more sleep!
Where someone spends their time, energy and money is generally a clear indication of what they really care about. At City Church, we want to help you discover more of Jesus and find a Christian community in which you belong and are cared for. There are three obvious ways for you to be able to do this as a student:
Mentorship: grab a coffee one-to-one or in a group with a member of the church
Home-from-Home: be adopted by a host family and have a home cooked meal.
Join a City Group: there are a variety of groups meeting with different shared purposes/interests. Look out for the sign-up period around holiday-time.
We recognize that you are here to study at university, and that can place a big demand upon your time, so we are always extremely grateful when you choose to actively participate in the life of the church. There are lots of areas where you can serve and, whatever your gifts and talents, we hope we can find a home for them here at City Church.
